Hello, my name is Jake and I reside in the Foothills of NC. I just recently got into making my own mead & cider, VERY recently. I have my first batches of both under my belt and have learned along the way. I snooped on this forum here and there and figured I need to join this community. I am looking forward to making many more batches of mead & cider. I definitely will be asking for advice along the way too.
