I'm Davie, I have been home-brewing for a couple of years now.
Found this place looking for a reason for my slow-frothing bottles (maybe a quarter of my bottles do it, and they're all batch carbed with boiled sugar solution and stored together, and my bottles and caps are all filled or submerged in star San solution for hours before).
I'll have a poke about and maybe ask/answer some stuff. Thanks.
