I decided to modify a dunkelwiezen to be more of a bock beer? I added 4lb. Of light brown sugar and two jars of molasses to the original recipe. The batch started fast and furious. After 3 days it slowed. Before I pitched the yeast I put yeast nutrition into my wort. Now I day 4 bubbles about every 7 seconds. My question is, should I add yeast energizer or leave it alone for now? Any suggestions?
