Long time brewer, first time poster to HomebrewTalk. Been brewing on and off for just under 35 years with a 15-gallon three stage gravity feed brewery. Started with extract brewing, caught the brew bug, went all grain and never looked back. Just bought a used Blichmann 10-gallon electric BrewEasy to replace my old gravity feed system. Looking forward to hearing and sharing brewing secrets.
