So I've been lurking and reading lots of information on this site and wanted to finally introduce myself. I've brewed a couple of batches that were malt extract. The first batch I made turned out kind of skunky. The second one that I made was better but had some off flavors from what I think was fermenting at too high of a temp. I plan on making a partial grain batch this weekend and using a freshly made wort chiller.
