Since I just brewed my first AG batch (Imperial Pale Ale) this past weekend on my own gear, I thought I'd take a second to introduce myself and pass along my huge appreciation for all the folks on this forum. I've been easing in to the hobby but it's safe to say the training wheels are off now!
I've been lurking for a few months, trying a few things and co-brewing with some friends here in town on their gear. Definitely something special whipping up a batch on your own setup though.

- Copper manifold (hacksaw!)
- Fixing a stuck mash (i.e. almost burning my hand off)
- Starsan (Worth every penny)
- Beersmith/Qbrew/Brew Target (current choice)
- Bottle Conditioning/Cleaning
- All Grain
- Making an immersion chiller

- Better copper manifold
