Hi everyone.

I just registered, as I am looking to get into the cider brewing industry and hopefully introduce cider to my home of 5 years... Thailand.

I am looking for as much info as I can get, and would like to thank everyone in advance for their valuable help.

Looking forward to making some new friends in this community.

I will upgrade to supporting member as soon as I have had it confirmed that this forum is the right place to call my home which I am sure it will be... I have owned a few websites including forums, so I know the expense involved in keeping this rolling.

It can be blended with all kinds of fruits, can be sweetened or dry, sparkling or flat, just a wonderful recipe.
