Hello to all from Sugar Land (Houston). My neighbor and I took the plunge, so to speak, and split all of our equipment down the middle a few weeks back. Today was the first tasting of our first brew, an ESB clone. Awesome, to say the least! Even my mother in law liked it!
While tasting, of course, we brewed our second batch...and IPA. Plenty of good info on this site., I'm looking forward to learning (and drinking, of course!).
