hello my name is soggy and im a home brewer......ive been brewing for 3 years and have tried like 15 recipes have it narrowed down to 6 during the year

i started off wanting to try it and quickly it turned into obsession! luckly my wife likes beer too so i have to make sure i always have the honey lager around.
i bottled for like the first 8 month and was going through the beer too fast so currently i have 4 corni tanks and 5lb co2 tank. the only kind i bottle now is the hefe.
