I am pleased to join this forum.

I have been brewing for seven years (on and off), with a preference for slightly higher ABV dark beers. I am excited to learn from everyone!

I joined as I have a slight problem with my beer, which I would appreciate some guidance on. I posted in the "Fermentation and Yeast" area under the heading "High Gravity Beer Stuck At 1.04". (High Gravity Beer Stuck At 1.04)
