Hi all

I'm a total beginner forced into the murky world of homebrew cider by an apple tree that looked quite rubbish before I went on holiday.

When I returned it was full of red/green apples that taste great and also caused three huge dents in my car!

So I needed something to do with the apples that are filling my drive.

So I am here. An absolute beginner looking for the simplest way to make scrumpy or fizzy cider.

Can't wait.
