Hey there, I'm a new brewer in Olympia, Washington. I bottled my first batch three days ago. It's an IPA made from an extract kit assembled for me by the proprietor of Rocky Top Homebrewing in Olympia. The gentleman's name is Larry, and I'm really happy to be working with him because he's been a big help.
Preparing my first wort was stressful, watching fermentation was interesting, and bottling was really fun. My main worry, now that my IPA is in bottles, is whether I'll have over-carbonation or a bacterial infection. Have to wait at least another week to see. But I like this hobby more every day! I'm already planning my next batch.
Anyway, thought I'd introduce myself.
