I have been soaking up the wealth of knowledge on this site since I started brewing about 3 months ago. Figured it was time to say hello. I am very familiar with the search button so I haven't had to post the have I ruined my beer question...yet. I learn something every brew and now batch #5 and #6 are fermenting so we can see how well I apply the information you guys provide.
