Hello from New Mexico

Hey all...just want to say hi since I am new to the forum.

My name is Dee Powell...and have been brewing for about 5 years on and off...pretty much strictly extract. However times are a changin'... I am going to be starting on a 3 tier system in the next couple weeks. Ready to move on to a little more flexability with my beer.

Just finished a batch of porter and keg'd it. Also a first for me. The keg is sitting in the garage doing its thing for the next couple of days. Mean while I will be converting my fridge to a 4 tap system( tonight the project starts after the kids are in bed. Hopefully that will go smoothly. I am sure that I will be dropping in time to time to pick every ones brain.

Tomorrow night I am going to attend my first home brewers meeting...I think the name of the club is the Dukes of Ale. Hopefully I will meet some nice folks with similiar interest as my self.

I live just up the hill from you...I live across the street from Intel on 36th Circle.

Didn't know the Dukes of Ale were even here till last week. Lookin' forward to the meeting tomorrow night.

My wifes parents actually live there in Corrales to.
