Welcome!

Primary fermentation is done and you transferred the beer to a keg with priming sugar, correct?

It's going to take longer than 24 hours for kegged beer to carbonate. It also depends on the amount of sugar you added. A little sugar might not be enough. I'm not sure what amount you need, hopefully someone else chimes in. I did read 1/3 to 1/2 cup of corn sugar and it could take a couple weeks to carbonate.

I force carbonate my kegged beer with CO2 and it takes at least two weeks to carbonate.

Did you measure out how much priming sugar you used, for your 23 liter batch? 150 grams of table sugar ought to get your 23 liter batch to about 2.5 volumes CO2, but it will take time!

I would let it sit since you have added a good amount of sugar. Use the CO2 to dispense the beer. You don't want to over carbonate it.
