I used to brew beer from kits back in the 1980s, as well as country wines from fruit. After a long gap, I got back into making wine about 5 years ago and then beer. Now only making beer, mainly 3 gallon all grain batches. I prefer weak to medium brews over the boozy stuff and tend to make pale ales with New World hops as well as English bitter. Started dabbling in lager and grow my own US hops here in London.
