Hi everyone! After much research I attended a How-to-Brew class last weekend and was instantly hooked. This Saturday is my first brew day, where I'll be brewing a Dunkelweizen (Near Dark, from Eagle Rock Home Brewing Supply).

I've been lurking for a few weeks and thought I should make an account if I have any questions.
