Hello from England

Hi all

I'm Carl and I'm from Somerset in England. Just having my first go at making cider, and this site has been really informative!

I hope I'm not the only Brit on the site haha.

Anyway, I'm sure I'll have loads of questions and need help when I mess stuff up (like now lol), so I just wanted to say hi and thanks in advance!

Welcome, Carl. There's plenty of Brits in the forum as well as an international/regional sections in the forum for UK brewers specifically. There's lots of good brewing information here and good folks to bounce your ideas/problems/etc. off of. Just keep in mind that the USA uses a different system of weights and measures so recipe weights might not be metric and temperatures might be in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius.
