Hello everyone,
I'm just starting out and so far I've learn so much valuable information here. I started out with the Northern Brewery Block Party Amber kit that came with a starter kit. My wife and tried the first sip fell in love in love with it. Currently we fermenting a Red Irish Ale (I've made this one years ago) and hope that it comes out as good as the first.
