Newbie here. Been reading yalls post for about a month now and decided to join up. I got a Mr. Beer for Christmas like so many other newbies. After making the beer that came with the kit I decided that this might be a fun hobby. Started looking into upgradeing and realised I already had a lot of the equipment needed (i.e. 15 & 10 gallon alluminum pots, 10 gal. cooler, burners, ). Then talked a friend into being my brew partner to split some of the other cost (bought 2-6 gal carboys, bottling bucket, capping eqt. and made a emersion chiller). We are going to brew tonight- ALL GRAIN- Victory & Chaos IPA from John Palmers book. I'll post some pics of the mahem!!
So the question is: How dumb am I?
