Hello everyone,

I'm Mark, presently living in SC, home of the blue law. Soooo... I figured the best way to beat that was to go back to my old hobbie of home brewing. (Law says ya can't buy, not that ya can't make it).

My taste preference is Hefe's but lets face it good beer is good beer.

So expect a lot of questions.
