Day 2-5 @ 50
Raised to 62 on day 6... and dropped a few degrees a day for eight more days until I racked to secondary (keg) and lagered @ 35.
 
Anyone make this? How did you find the recipe?

Definitely thinking about making this
Not to sound harsh but, why? His tasting notes said 'good for my first lager'. Surely you can find a Helles bock recipe on the internet a little more tried and true. People really shouldn't post recipes in this section until they've at least done them several times and attempted to fine tune them, not a one & done that turned out 'pretty good for my first lager'.
