Well went ahead and racked into the secondary, after almost 7 days, I was at my FG so decided to go ahead and move it. The sweet smell was still their but has chilled out alot. Well decided i would get a little sip while i was at it. Well it was awesome, tasted great, very smooth i was not expecting it to taste that good at all. took a few pictures.

I didn't notice a hydrometer or test tube in the pic.

Prior to racking you should take a sample and record the gravity. You can sample your brew then because you don't want to put anything back into the fermenter.;) :D

Had all that sitting in sanitizer. I need to go buy a wine thief sometime.
