.5 lbs Dextrine
1.25 oz Crystal at 60 mins
WLP380- Hefeweizen IV ale

Single infusion mash 152 F @ 90 mins

What are the ibus? With 1.25 crystal I'd bet it's high. I like to target between 10-15 ibus with a noble hop hallertau is my go to hef hop

The hop calculator that I am going off of has it at 12 IBU's

I'd only use WLP380 if you are aiming for it to be clove heavy. My experience with it gave me a clove bomb (was looking for balanced banana/clove)

oh sorry, then it looks pretty good. i thought crystal was high AA, but i was wrong.
