Hi everyone. I tasted this great ale during my weekend at London. I really liked it. Anyway, i cant find this ale in my city (not very big and too far from england, heh) so i just tried to find a recipes of it, but all i found, was recipes with speshial equipement wich i haven't got. People cooked ale without special stuffs in the past, so, maybe you know any recipe too brew it at home, using big pan.
P.S. sry for my English. I'm just trying to learn it :) :mug:

I made a good one many years ago, it was somethin as a special bitter but low in IBU, very fresh (but I lost data on OG):

HEater beer (22 litres)

3,6 kg Pils
850g Munich
120g Cristal
30g Chocolate
200g wheat
200g barley unmalted

Mash:
20 min a 52°C
20 min a 63°C
decoction 30% mash (15 min a 100°C)
20 min a 72°C

Boiling 60 min
16g Kent G. (aa. 5.4) a 60 min
30g heater 15 min
30g heater + 7g Meadowsweet end of boiling
