Hauling Corny's over the Mountains

What's the best way to transport full kegs over the mountains? I am guessing that due to the changes in pressure as you go over the mountain you need to let off the CO2.

Anything else to do?

You shouldn't have to do anything. The kegs are sealed units.

If you're going underwater though, you should be concerned about sea pressure. At 44 pounds per square inch of pressure for every foot you dive, the lid is the only concern you should have. Once the outlet pressure exceeds the inlet pressure, your seal is gone, thus resulting in very salty beer.

Alas, it sounds like you're staying above water so you should be fine as pressure DECREASES at higher altitudes.

Cornys have very high pressure ratings, so no need to do any thing.

I think cornies are rate to about 130psi, way over anything you will get just going up a mountain. Your not planning a trip to the ISS are you?
