Can't say enough about George and the stuff he's created! Super nice guy to deal with, pity his stuff isn't available or advertised more widely cause I'm sure once you try some of his stuff, you'll be equally impressed

I've only currently used "The Big Dipper" but not exactly for the use it was designed, I used the bushing not for a dip tube, but to convert a 1/2" Stainless wort chiller into a fully integrated herms tube.

I picked up both the Trub Tapper and Big Dipper and can't wait to use them this weekend. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is how to use the Trub Tapper and my immersion chiller for small batches (~3 gallons).
