Has anyone bought hops from Eurohop on Ebay?

I bought and paid for some hops on the 2nd, on the 14 I emailed and got a response saying they shipped 2 days after payment. but it has been a little over that time frame, and I know paypal has a time frame for disputes, so if I got scammed I would like to move ahead sooner.

Did you receive a tracking number? Paypal has a time limit, but right now you are within it....I would file soon though if you don't receive them in the next day or so...
