Does anyone have a list of which commercial brewers use their actual fermenting yeast to bottle condition their beers? Knowing that the yeast from bottle conditioned beers can be harvested, I've read that some brewers basically just use a plain ale yeast to carbonate their beer instead of their proprietary strains. Does anyone have a list of which commercial brews can yeast harvested from?

Thanks.

That's a good resource, but it hasn't been updated in over 10 years.
I used to use Worthington White Shield (it's in the list) but it hasn't been produced since 1997.
