First time attempting the Hard Apple Cider. Quick question in regards to the Gravity after fermentation.
I went to transfer my batch from one carboy to another so that I could kill the yeast in preps of back sweeten. After the transfer I took a gravity reading and it read 0%
Is my batch now bad that is shows 0% alcohol?
