Saving what's left of the Irish red for Thanksgiving, Ordinary bitter is conditioning, & the Whiskely is mellowing a bit more. Still gotta see if the IIPA is ready for dry hop & more peppers yet. Got some Dales pale ale & old rasputin for later with some Bud black crown I decided to try.

No homebrew tonight. My Son stopped by last night with some friends and drained all 3 of my kegs. Oh well it was a good time. Time to brew again......

Had a couple dry Irish stouts, working on my second Dead Ringer IPA. Have some beef short ribs simmering in the oven for supper. No amber ale to go with the ribs, so another stout will have to do.
