5 minute hop addition and dry hop with some unspecified hops. Suggestions?

0.8 pkg Nottingham (Danstar #-) [23.66 ml]

Thanks for any opinions!

That's a lot of Caramel malt. I would drop it at least by half.
Also, you can't have a 90 min bittering addition in a 60 min boil. That will throw off your anticipated IBUs just a bit.
For the "unspecified" hops, sticking with the Mount Hood wouldn't hurt. A little crystal or Tett might be nice too.

I'd say simplify. A 60-40 ratio of wheat malt to whatever other base malt is pretty classic. Also what are you hoping to get out of the hops? For a hoppy beer I like "C" hops or amarillo, for something not so hoppy but with a noticiable hop character, noble-type hops work well.

Bierliebhaber - there're only 2.8 oz of caramel wheat malt - that doesn't seem like much to me, did you perhaps read lbs instead?

In regards to the 90 minute boil and general grain bill complexity, those attributes are derived from this Lagunitas Sumpin Sumpin recipe:
https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/can-you-brew-recipe-lagunitas-little-sumpin-sumpin-218399/
My friend wanted me to brew something in that vein and I'm trying to give it my own twist.

Thanks for the comments!

My mistake, that's exactly what I did (read lbs).

Under the specs you list it as a 60 min boil. If you want to add 90 min hops, you will need to adjust your preboil volume to account for the extra evaporation. But it's late, I could be misreading something again...
