For sale is a half barrel 15.5 gallon Sanke Keg as well as a Custom fitting NorCal Brewing Ultimate Cross Fermenter Kit. The keg itself is an older, AB keg and is in solid condition. Outside is as shown in pictures, but the inside is clean and in solid shape.
The fermenter kit turns this keg into a primary or secondary fermenter (beer, cider, wine, kombucha, coffee, etc.) and allows for pressurized transfers in and out of the keg as well as includes a thermowell for monitoring temperature as well as a unique design built for keg washing. NorCal Brewing Solutions and it is custom fitted with some additional fittings, including a female cam lock and three piece ball valve with hose barb adapter on the racking cane and a female cam lock on the venting / washing two piece ball valve.
Also included is a 2 inch trim-clamp and set of o-rings for attaching and sealing the kit to the keg. Works like a charm and totally versatile with the cam lock fittings and shut offs.
