Gusher infection??? Help!

Hello guys, I brewed a 2 gallon ginger IPA recipe that I found online. Grated the ginger and added it to 20 min in boiling.

After one week at 20 ℃ I moved it to the fridge (~7℃) and two days from bottling it is still bubbling. Here is how it looks:




Should I bottle it anyways?
Hope I get away with it!
