I have been consuming similar products for a long time. I have now decided to enter the manufacturing part of it. I was vacationing in Germany last fall and tasted beer as it should taste.
Santa brought me a kit from and a starter kit and I have my first batch in fermentation. It should be ready to bottle in another 6 days.
This is a new hobby for me so I will be taking it slow till I figure out how to brew the kind of beer that I am looking for. I also enjoy freshwater fly fishing for trout, duck hunting, and motorcycle riding. I have 2 scooters, a 1994 Honda VT1100C Shadow and also (for when my wife wants to go) a 1998 Honda Goldwing.
My profession is a design technician (not an engineer as I do not have a degree) for a marine electronics company. I put interconnection diagrams together for navigation and entertainment systems on sport fishing yachts.
Hopefully, I will not have to flood this forum with questions.
