Hello to all,
I found this group while searching for information on Conical Fermenters. I would like to purchase one complete or purchase the parts and weld one up. I think it is the only way to go.
I have been extract brewing since 1992. I have recently started all grain brewing. I bottled my fourth 'attempt' last night. I hope soon I can brew a drinkable concoction from all grain soon.
Maybe someone here has had experience with the Star product 5 2 ?? I have extremely high alkalinity (416), and my calcium hardness is 465. I hope to make something other than a stout. (all grain that is).
