Hello Everyone,
Newbee here. My name is John and I am brewing my first batch as write this (Rock'n Red (Homebre Heaven)). I have a question for you all. In the instructions, It says ferment in the primary for 1 day to 2 weeks until the airlock bubbles slow to less than 1 minute, then transfer to the carbouy for secondary fementation, then priming sugar and bottle. My question is: When can I keg it and force carbonate it? I will be kegging not bottling my brews. Also with the Keezer mod is it better to mount the collar to the lid or to the freezer itself?
Thanks in advance ,
John
