Greetings from the east.
Returning to brewing after many years and the tragic mead disaster of '95. Created 48 of the finest honey based hand grenades that detonated in my basement. Primarily into all grain, brew several batches of base malt into LME and pressure can in mason jars in my spare time to save time for that rushed night brewing schedule. Really cuts down on the mess. Into dark beers, barley wines and almost anything else that's not an IPA.
