Hi folks - novice brewer here (about 9 brews under my belt) and keen to continue and learn more. Brewing in a Grainfather G40 (the graindaddy, as we call it), still fermenting and racking with buckets, but that's about to change because we've bitten the bullet and decided to venture down the keg path! I brew with friends; we're pretty experimental (currently have a Sabro/Elixir hopped Oatmeal Stout fermenting); and so far never thrown away beer. Luck? Maybe. Most likely down to how anal we are about the sanitation and cleanliness of our processes :)

I've read a lot of posts here where advice has been given and appreciate the time you all spend to help the community ❤️
