I've been lurking for years on this forum under a different name but I figured it was time to start contributing to this wonderful community.
I've been brewing for about 3 years now and I'm currently using a morebeer single tier sculpture I found through this forum!
My wife and I are pursuing the dream of one day opening a tasting room here in OC, it's been a wonderful journey so far and I can't wait for the next step!
Major thanks to everyone on this forum who helped me start with 1 gallon batches and helped me move to where I am now!
