After a nearly a 6 year absence in brewing I’m back at and hooked even more than the first time. I think it was the cleaning/sanitizing of the bottles that burned me out after my last 3 batches in 2 months. Then last year my good friend and his brother got into brewing again but this time they keged there brew and I knew that was the way to go. So after waiting for my tax return this year I got my self a kegerator and brewed my first batch this last weekend, a Pete’s wicked brown ale clone. I haven’t seen much action in the air lock yet but issue for another thread.

You better check the CC&R's, I doubt if anything as declasse homebrewing is allowed in MV! I lived in Fullerton and it was always a tossup between Irvine and MV as to which had the worse rules.

Just wondering how long you have been in Mission Viejo Majorbrew? I use to live there when the development first went in. Remember sleeping in the car while my parent went to a drawing to get the land to build there house.

Man I miss Cali... was born in Orange County Hospital. Moved away when I was around 8. Very sad day for me.
