Hi all

Thought I would pop in and say hello. Im a 42 year old all grain brewer from Denmark. Im married and have 3 children age 20, 9 and 1. I work as a Test manager at one of the larger banks in Denmark.
Until now I have been using an electric pot and plastic lauter tun, but planning on moving on to a larger setup - with 3 X 70 liter and propane burners (sorry about the metric system. I will try to convert to gallons in the future :)

Brewing beer in Denmark goes several thousand years back, but its only been within the last 3-4 decades that home brewing has been around. You might know one danish craft brewer: Mikkeller ?

I prefer dark malty beer, but in the summer i dont say no to a weissbier or a light and mild ale.
