Hi, I'm very new to homebrewing. Somehow I got it into my head that I wanted to make mead. Soooo I bought myself a 1-gallon brewers kit, watched a lot of Youtube videos and started my first fermentation on Monday afternoon. So here it is Wednesday and still no bubbles in my airlock They tell me patience.
