I'm a new home brewer in Minnesota. My first batch (Irish Red Ale from Midwest Brewing) is conditioning in the bottles right now. I'm looking forward to hanging out here and I'm sure I'll have questions.

Welcome to the obsession!

I spent a week in the Twin Cities recently for the Schwann USA cup (my daughter's team won their division!). Every time I visit that area it confirms my belief that the quality of life is good in Minnesota in general and in the Twin Cities in particular.

I would spend all my money at Gander Mountain/Sportsmans Warehouse/Hoigaards/etc if I lived there, though.
