I left this batch of lager sit in the fermenter for 31 days (I had an out-of-town emergency). There was a warm spell while I was gone and my wife said that the fermenter temp stayed around 68F for the last week. (it was 59F for the 1st 3 weeks). I got back yesterday and immediately bottled it.

When I was dumping the least cake, I noticed some of it was green (in the middle of the cake). Is that a problem? I've never seen green in there before. The beer smelled good.:ban:
