I have this growing on the top of a Flanders red I started June 29th. I mashed high with a small amount of aged hops.

Copitched wyeast 1275, roeselare and a built up starter of a local brewery’s Flanders red, Indeed. The built up starter had no mold and tasted like good sour beer.

Primary for 2 weeks or so then transfer to PET carboy for a planned 18-24 month secondary.

I don’t have a lot of experience with sours but I’ve never seen a green fuzzy pellicle which makes me think mold.

Would you let be and just let it do it’s thing?

Skim it off?

Accept my losses, dump it and start over?

I was hoping there was going to be some dissent saying it was fine. Down the drain it goes.
