1 oz. bitter orange peel (10 min)
1 oz. coriander (10 min)
Optional 1.0 oz. 88% lactic acid
(to taste before bottling or kegging)
Steps
Mash at 152 for 60 min. Boil for 60 minutes, adding hops at specified times. Add spices with 15 minutes left in boil.
Pitch yeast at 74 deg and ferment at 68 deg for 14 days. Then bottle or keg.
