I would not recommend that kettle. It's 1mm thick aluminum which is REALLY thin. We are using a 5gal (20qt) version to test our new false bottom and the kettle caved in on the stove top burner under the weight of 5lb of grain +water.

I bought one of those a couple years ago and use it as my HLT, Works great.
