Grapefruit Zeso MO/Cascade SMaSH?

Hello,

I have a smash in the ferm that will be a somewhat big beer (used 12 pounds of MO for 5 gallon batch) and was thinking about adding a few oz of grapefruit zest to the dry hop bag. Any thoughts?
