Grain / Wort ratio

I'm looking for a chart that will show the (approximate) ratio between the pounds of grain used in the mash and the realistic amount of wort you can get. I know it depends on the gravity and all that but for a typical og of 1.050, how much grain do you need for 3 gallons of wort, or 5 or 8 gallons of wort?

Grain has a typical max extraction of 35 or so gravity points per pound per gallon. For example, 1 pound of grain would give you one gallon of wort at 1.035 if you had 100% efficiency. 1.030 would be more realistic. 2 pounds in one gal would be 1.060. So, about 10 pounds in 5 gallons would give you 1.060.

That's with just base malt. Specialty grains, especially highly roasted ones will have a lower extract.
